I was pursuing my third degree and climbing the leadership ladder but had to put both on hold in order to focus on my health. After years of strengthening my commitment to living well, growing my faith, and investing in personal development, I learned that the true key to success was mastering life.
 
Through research, education, and working with numerous clients, I created the Stress Less Method, a 4 step approach to life that enhances personal wellbeing, career, and caregiving without sacrificing your health. I now guide others with how to continue aspiring to their dreams and meet their potential despite life's obstacles.

The framework I use today was born out of real-life experience, deep research, and the constant pursuit of learning and growth. I’ve been in the position of needing to perform at a high level while trying to figure out how to truly take care of myself—and I know how hard that balance can be.

Yes, I hold certifications that validate my expertise in the health and wellness space, but what sets me apart is this: I’ve walked this path. I understand the weight that leaders carry—the pressure to show up for your work, your family, your goals—and the challenge of doing it all while prioritizing your own well-being.

Many experts can offer advice, but few have navigated the complexity of real life the way my clients do. That’s where I come in.
