Meet Sarah Sims, your guide to sustainable well-being.
I don’t just teach this work—I’ve lived it.
After being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, I learned firsthand how profoundly stress impacts our bodies. The framework I use today was born out of real-life experience, deep research, and the constant pursuit of learning and growth. I’ve been in the position of needing to perform at a high level while trying to figure out how to truly take care of myself—and I know how hard that balance can be.
For over a decade, I've dedicated myself to helping others shift their behaviors and create supportive communities. I'm a nationally board-certified health and wellness coach, combining lived experience with evidence-based methods to drive sustainable change. I've also helped thousands through my other ventures, like my plant-based product company, Autumn & Joy, and my book, Stress Less.
Many experts can offer advice, but few have navigated the complexity of real life like high-performers do. That’s where I come in. I help high performers find a way to sustain their passions without sacrificing their health. And I don’t believe you should have to do it alone.
