Why I created this

I’m Sarah Sims — wellbeing coach, author, caregiver, and someone who knows what it’s like to run on empty. I wrote Stress Less in 2024 and created this 28 day detox challenge to help others stop living in survival mode and finally care for themselves in a way that heals and yields rapid results.

Through years of personal healing and professional coaching, I discovered that lasting wellness happens when you focus on the right areas — not just diet and exercise, but a full-body, full-life reset.
